Additional Points about the Terms and Conditions of this User Agreement
These terms and conditions and the agreement they create, shall be governed by
and interpreted according to the laws of the Florida (without applying the
State's conflict-of-law principles). PaintballHog.com reserves the right to
bring any civil action in Florida, arising from your violation of the terms and
conditions of this Agreement.
Additional Charges
PaintballHog.com charges fees for the following transactions. Refunding a
product will incur a restocking fee, cancelling a pre-order will result in a 3%
fee to cover the fee our merchant provider charges.
If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will
not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
PaintballHog.com may modify these terms and conditions, and the agreement they
create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you.
This is the entire agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed
in the preceding paragraphs.
What Information We Collect
In order to process your order efficiently, we collect the following
information: name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone
number, and credit card number ("Personal Information") when you place an order
with us. This information is used solely by PaintballHog.com and is stored in a
